• Billing information — subscription tier, billing cycle, and payment status. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & content data — searches you run, leads and properties you manage, campaigns you create, and communications you send through the Service.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and log data collected automatically as you use the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service and its features;
• Process subscriptions, billing, and usage limits;
• Power search, lead scoring, and AI-assisted outreach features;
• Communicate with you about your account, security, and updates;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues;
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, including Stripe (payments), infrastructure and analytics providers, and data providers that supply property, owner, and telecommunications data. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information to comply with the law or protect our rights.

4. Outreach & Contact Data

The Service lets you contact property owners and leads by phone, text, and email. You are responsible for the lawful basis of that outreach. We process the contact data you upload or generate on your behalf to deliver those communications and related features (such as DNC checks), and we handle it in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
